  9.           pbmmake - create a blank bitmap of a specified size

  11.      SYNOPSIS
  12.           pbmmake [-white|-black|-gray ] width height
  13.  
  14.      DESCRIPTION
  15.           Produces a portable bitmap of the specified width and
  16.           height.  The color defaults to white.
  17.  
  18.      OPTIONS
  19.           In addition to the usual -white and -black, this program
  20.           implements -gray.  This gives a simple 50% gray pattern with
  21.           1's and 0's alternating.
  22.  
  23.           All flags can be abbreviated to their shortest unique
  24.           prefix.
